When you book a tour or transfer with Bonjour Margaret River, you’re agreeing to the terms and conditions below. They’re here to make sure everyone enjoys a smooth and safe experience.
DEPOSIT
Private Wine Tours
Bookings are confirmed with a 20% deposit, with the balance due on the day of travel.
Airport Transfers
Airport transfer bookings require full payment at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit card, cash, or direct bank transfer. Whatever suits you best.
MINIMUM HOURS & EARLY FINISHES
Each booking is reserved exclusively for your group and tailored to your chosen duration. If your experience concludes ahead of schedule, the full reserved hours remain payable, reflecting the time set aside solely for your private journey.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bonjour Margaret River has a clear and fair cancellation policy to ensure peace of mind when booking your private tour or chauffeured experience.
Full refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled tour receive a full refund.
Partial refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
No-show policy: Unfortunately, no-shows or cancellations made after the tour start time are non-refundable.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with Western Australia’s child restraint regulations, our services are available to guests aged 7 and above. Unfortunately, we are unable to transport younger children.
Every booking must include at least one adult (18 years or older). When children are part of the group, the accompanying adult must be their parent or legal guardian.
ALCOHOL & IDENTIFICATION
Guests must be 18 years or older to participate in wine tastings. Please ensure you carry valid photo ID, as wineries may request proof of age.
In accordance with Western Australian law, the consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any bottles purchased during the tour must remain sealed until arrival at your destination.
GUEST CONDUCT
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we expect all guests to behave respectfully and responsibly.
We reserve the right to discontinue the service, without refund, if any guest engages in behaviour that is unsafe, unlawful, or significantly disruptive to others.
