While we always do our best to remain flexible and accommodate last-minute requests, we recommend booking your private driver as early as possible to avoid disappointment, particularly during busy periods such as school holidays and the summer season. Early bookings also give us the time to fine-tune your journey and arrange all necessary reservations with care.

Yes, Bonjour Margaret River has a clear and fair cancellation policy to ensure peace of mind when booking your private tour or chauffeured experience.
Full refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled tour receive a full refund.
Partial refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
No-show policy: Unfortunately, no-shows or cancellations made after the tour start time are non-refundable.
